Shipping Policy

• If the item is returned back to us due to an incorrect address, then customers are responsible for paying the second shipment.
•    Most orders are shipped upon quantity demand. If the product is out of stock, we will notify you within 24 hours and a refund will be issued upon request.
•    We process and ship orders Monday through Saturday. Customer service is available between 9am through 5pm Monday through Friday, North eastern standard time.

Domestic Shipment
•    We ship to all US states and territories
•    We do not ship to P.O.Boxes & APO/FPO

Return Policy

•    For all returns and exchanges, contact us via email and/or phone.
•    Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
•    We will take full responsibility for return shipping costs if an incorrect unit is shipped to the customer.
•    There will be a 20% shipping and restocking fee for any returned item(s) that are not covered under the “return policy”.
